The coupon doesn't state a certain size so whenever a coupon doesn't state a certain size then it can be used even on travel sizes. ( I am not sure but Target may have Dial Travel Size too) You can get Dial Travel Size for $0.97 at Walmart so you will make $1.03 per coupon you use! Enjoy the overage on some non coupon items!
